Today I wanted to give you a roundup of some amazingly quick Healthy and Nutritious Breakfast Recipes created by some of the most talented Food Bloggers.

Another crazy morning, and it’s so easy for Breakfast to end up at the bottom of your priority list, but sparing a little time to eat something Healthy can make a huge difference to your day.

If you find like many you really don’t have time to eat anything before leaving home, we have some fab breakfast recipes that you can eat on-the-way or when you get to work.

Before I dangle some tasty nutritious breakfast recipes before your eyes I thought I’d give you some reasons as to why it really is the most important meal of the day.

  1. Aside from providing us with loads of great energy to help us start the day, the foods we eat at Breakfast are great sources of important nutrients such as minerals, vitamins, proteins and fibre. Our bodies rely on these nutrients and research has shown that if we skip breakfast and miss out on these, then we are a lot less likely to compensate for them later on in the day.

  2. We have always been told to try and have our Five a Day, and what better time to include at least one portion of these at breakfast, be it a smoothie, a banana or at least a glass of freshly squeezed fruit or vegetable juice.

  3. Trying to lose weight? then breakfast is really important. If you eat a good healthy breakfast then you are less likely to start reaching out for those high-sugar snacks during the day than those who skip breakfast.

Problems staying away from the sweet stuff?
Find out how to Quit your Sugar Cravings today.

  4. Did you know? Research has shown that those who regularly eat a good healthy breakfast are more likely to be within their ideal body weight range.

According to the latest evidence (detailed by Charles Spence from Oxford University in the International Journal of Gastronomy and Food Science), we should all be aiming to consume around 15–25% of our daily energy intake at breakfast (i.e., 300–500 calories for women and 375–625 for men.

Failure to eat something at the start of the day can have surprisingly serious health consequences as can the opposite when eating high-fat breakfasts

What we eat and what we drink first thing in the morning can both exert a pretty dramatic effect on both our health and mental well-being.

Make breakfast a time for the family to eat together when you can. Teaching your children good breakfast habits will help them develop healthy eating habits throughout their lifetime.

Now for the tasty stuff, Check out these
