1/ Avocado Banana Muffins

Avocado Banana Muffins

Avocado Banana Muffins by Stacey at My Kids Lick The Bowl

Ingredients: Avocado, Ripe Bananas, Eggs, Honey, Vanilla, Flour, Baking Powder, Dark Choc Chips.

If your family is not used to lower sugar baking, or if the bananas you are using are not super ripe and sweet, I would actually recommend trying 3 Tablespoons of honey, to start with, then try a smaller amount the next time you make them.

Avocado is a great dairy free alternative to butter in this recipe, and the end muffin has a nice soft texture. I tried these on my kids the other day with mixed results; one loved them and the other would prefer them a little sweeter … kids eh!
